- A mistake or out-of-date figure. Tell us the page, the numbers you entered, the result you got and what you expected (a link to an official source helps). We check every report and correct confirmed errors.
- A calculator you would like. We choose new calculators from what people search for and ask us.
- A question about the site, your privacy or these policies.
- Press or partnership enquiries.
When you will hear back
We aim to reply within a few working days. Please do not include sensitive personal details such as National Insurance numbers, bank details or passwords. We will never ask for them.
We cannot give personal advice
We can explain how a calculator works, but we cannot give advice on your own tax, pay, redundancy or energy situation. For that, try HMRC, Citizens Advice, Acas (workplace rights) or your energy supplier.
